Northern Light Analytics was founded on a pattern I kept seeing inside large public and private sector organizations: smart, well-intentioned teams with more data than they knew what to do with, and decisions that didn't reflect it.

That's not a technology failure. It's a systems problem. The data exists. The analytical tools exist. What's missing is the connective tissue between raw information and confident action.

I built ARGUS to close that gap. Not another dashboard, not another data lake. A structured way to move from disparate sources to a defensible recommendation, with the uncertainty made explicit.
